The SASS Terms & Conditions of Business set out the standard trading terms governing ship supply transactions between our members and their customers. They provide a consistent framework that protects the interests of both suppliers and vessel operators at the Port of Singapore.
Purpose
Adopted by SASS members as a common baseline, the Terms & Conditions help ensure fair dealing, predictable payment terms and clear allocation of risk in the supply of goods and services to ships.
Scope
The Terms & Conditions apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing, to all quotations, orders and deliveries of ship stores, provisions, technical stores and related services made by SASS members to vessels and their agents.
